Administrative Analyst
Abbie support business operations by analyzing administrative processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping implement efficient systems and procedures. Responsibilities may include reviewing workflows, organizing operational information, developing processes, assisting with reporting, collecting payments and providing administrative support to help improve productivity and overall business efficiency.
Yanna Wilson
Account Manager
Yanna provides ongoing financial support through weekly and monthly bookkeeping, bill pay, and accounts receivable management. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, processing and tracking vendor payments, managing customer invoicing and receivables, and ensuring financial information is organized and up to date.
Rachel Draper
Payroll Specialist
Rachel is in charge of all payroll related functions, including but not limited to;
onboarding new employees, starting your payroll portal, manage payroll processing, reviewing employee hours, processing payroll accurately and on schedule, maintaining payroll records, and addressing payroll-related questions. She also assists with ensuring payroll information is organized, accurate, and compliant with applicable requirements.
